Being a foodie and being from the country where every house wife cooks something unique or grow it in her back yard, I kind of came skeptical what can you possibly surprise me with? But Chef Ameet not only surprised but generously shared outstanding food and culture.

All the recipe are unique creations emerging from family, childhood, coming to a signature dishes of the chef. If I could compare those to anything I would say it's like a top shelf perfume 3 notes: first bite, heart and soul of the dish, and then aftertaste each evolving from each other. I can compliment it enough so you will have to try it by yourself.

The team took over our kitchen and it smelled amazing. My house still smells amazing. They brings plates, flatware, glasses—the works. We provided the table and booze.
